This article will point out some of the key features of the new Insights Suppression Compliance page.
Is designed to allow you to drill down the compliance activity by an Affiliate to review their Opt-Out activity and any open issues that may need your attention.
You can filter the page by either an Affiliate's name or the Campaign they are running for you.
Suppression Timeline Graph
This graph will provide you with a snapshot of Opt-Outs by day that was categorized by the following:
The email address was added to the relevant Suppression List more than 10 days prior to the Start Date of the Send Event associated with the Affiliate/Campaign; and
This is the first time we have observed the email address attempting to opt-out again, since originally being added to the list, during this Send Event.
The email address was not in the Suppression List accessed by the Affiliate on or before the start of the Send Event; and
This is the first time we have observed the email address during this Send Event.
Note: A single email address will only be counted as a Compliant Opt-Out once within a given Campaign.
- Complaints may be submitted by an email recipient when their email address is already on the Suppression List and it was added more than 10 days prior to the Complaint. In this case, they are able to submit a Complaint and attach the email they received. To learn more about how complaints are generated, please review this article: Complaint Alert
Send Events with Compliance Issues
This lets you know which Send Events have compliance issues that need your attention. To view the details of a particular Send Event, simply click on it.
