Deleting Emails

You may search for an email address, domain or MD5 hash in your Opt-Out Lists, and either remove those records from your suppression files, or see the history of if/how they were added to your list eg. John opted out and now wishes to re-subscribe. You can search for his email and delete it from your Opt-Out List so he can be added back to your list. In both options below, any Global Opt-Out list that might be present in the account will also be searched.

Delete records from your Opt-Out Lists

Enterprise/Basic Advertiser accounts

  1. Hover over the Opt-Out Lists tab on the navigation bar menu.
  2. Select the Find/Delete Email option when it appears.
  3. In the Email or MD5 field, add the email/MD5 you wish to find. 
  4. Click the Search Opt-Out Lists button.
  5. SUPPRESS will search for the email or domain (eg: @optizmo.net) and return the result.
  6. You may delete any emails as desired.

Network Accounts

In Network accounts, you may delete individual email addresses within one Advertiser profile at a time, rather than an account-wide search.

  1. Hover over Advertisers tab on the navigation bar menu.
  2. Click on name of Advertiser whose lists you wish to search
  3. Scroll down to the Opt Out Lists section.
  4. Click on the green Find Email Button
  5. SUPPRESS will search for the email or domain (eg: @optizmo.net) and return the result.
  6. You may delete any emails as desired.
