Overview

This tool can be used to search for and view the history of any Email address, Domain or MD5 hash record in your system, as well as delete it if needed.

Search for Opt-Out Email

Enterprise/Basic Advertiser accounts

1. Hover over the Opt-Out Lists tab on the navigation bar menu.
2. Select the Find/Delete Email option when it appears.
3. In the Email or MD5 field, add the email/MD5 you wish to find. 
4. Click the Search Opt-Out Lists button.
5. SUPPRESS will search for the email/MD5 hash or domain (eg: @optizmo.net) and return the result.
6. You may delete the email if desired or simply view the returned results of your search.

Network Accounts

In Network accounts, you may search for individual email addresses within one Advertiser Profile at a time, rather than within an account-wide search.

1. Hover over the Advertisers tab on the navigation bar menu.
2. Find and click on the name of the Advertiser whose lists you wish to search.
3. Scroll down to Opt Out Lists frame.
4. Click the green Find Email button.
5. SUPPRESS will search for the email or domain (eg: @optizmo.net) and return the result.
6. You may delete the email if desired or simply view the returned results of your search.
