Activity Logs
SUPPRESS records and allows you to view/export all activity within your account. SUPPRESS provides the timestamp, message type, and IP address of each log. To perform an export, follow the instructions below.
View Profile Logs
To view Recent Logs from across your entire account, scroll to the bottom of your home page and click the green View All button. This expands the activity list to include all logs. To view a Campaign Log, click on the Campaigns tab on the navigation bar. Then, hover over the desired Campaign and click on the Log link after the sub-menu appears. Export log activity into a .CSV format by clicking on the blue Export to CSV button. The Export to CSV button will only export the logs on that page.
To view a Mailer's Log, click on the Mailers tab on the navigation bar. Then, hover over the desired Mailer and click on the Log link after the sub-menu appears.
To view an Opt-Out List Log, click on the Opt-Out Lists tab on the navigation bar. Then, hover over the desired Opt-Out List and click on the Log link after the sub-menu appears. Export log activity into a .CSV format by clicking on the blue Export to CSV button. The Export to CSV button will only export the logs on that page.
Export Full System Logs
- Click on the Logs tab on the navigation menu bar.
- From the Logs page, click on the blue Export to CSV button. This will export all logs that are on that particular page. You must navigate through each Log page and find the specific logs that are to be exported in order to pull its activity into the .CSV file format.
