This article will explain where you can view your invoice and how it is calculated, along with how OPTIZMO processes payment.
How to view my invoices
- Within SUPPRESS select the Billing link.Note: You must have admin access to view Billing. If you can't view Billing, contact the account administrator from your team.
- From the Billing page, you will be able to see all invoices generated and paid.
How is my bill calculated?
Your bill is based off the number of email records stored between all Opt-Out Lists in your account. This monthly service fee should correspond to your agreed upon billing structure and the number of emails in your account. If you don't know what your billing structure is, refer to the signed agreement or contact firstname.lastname@example.org
How do I check my current email storage amount?
You can check your current email storage amount at any time. In the Billing section there is a line marked Billing Details that will show you the total number of email records in your account for that day. This number is not real-time, as it is updated once daily.
