Overview

A Global Opt-Out List is available when there are email records that need to be added to every Opt-Out List in your account when it is downloaded by your Mailers/Publishers.  Typically, the global Opt-Out List is reserved for email records you know you should never email to know matter what offer you are running.

How to Set up your Global Opt-Out List

1. Within SUPPRESS hover over the Settings tab and select Global Opt-Out List.Note: If you don't see Global Opt-Out List as an option, it will need to be enabled in your account.  Users with administrator access are able to enable it.  To do this, click on the Settings tab and enable Enable Global Opt-Out List at the bottom of the page.  If you need further assistance, please contact support: support@optizmo.com
2. On the Global Opt-Out Page you can upload or paste emails that you wish to globally suppress.  Also, you can suppress domains as well.
