Overview

To disable Access Keys for ALL Mailers/Publishers running a Campaign, you can 'Stop' it.  This article will walk you through how to do this.

Steps

1.  Hover over the Campaigns tab on the navigation menu bar. (In a Network account, click on Advertisers and hover under the name of the Advertiser whose Campaign you need to edit. Then select Campaigns.)

2. From the Campaigns page find the campaign you need to stop and select the Campaign Name

*Please note - you can also get to the settings page by hovering under the Campaign name and selecting Stop.

3. Then from the Campaign Profile page select the Drop-down Arrow on the Edit Campaign button and select Stop Campaign.

*Please note - stopping a Campaign will disable ALL Access Keys immediately and make this Campaign inactive.  If you need to restart the Campaign, please review this article: How to Restart a Campaign.
