What features are currently available in ACCESS?

The ACCESS portal will be activated at the account level, meaning every Mailer partner working with Opt-Out Lists from that account will be exposed to the new user experience at the same time. There will not be an option to deactivate ACCESS once enabled. Starting on January 15, 2020 account holders will be contacted via email when ACCESS is activated within their accounts, and we will begin informational messaging to all registered Mailer partners in their current Mailer Access pages the week of Dec 16, 2019, around what they can expect with their new experience.
OPTIZMO™ ACCESS is a free, feature-rich platform that is built from the ground up to provide Affiliates with a range of Suppression List processing capabilities. This article provides an overview of the features available on the platform at launch.
After you have either downloaded or cleansed against a Campaign Suppression List, you will be provided with a unique Opt-Out Link to include in your Campaign emails. This provides recipients with a mechanism to Opt-Out of the relevant brand's marketing communications.
The Cleanse service allows you to securely upload your Send List in either plain text or MD5, and we'll cleanse it against the Advertiser's Suppression List using our robust and efficient algorithms. Your Send List remains secured throughout this process and we purge it from ACCESS after the processing has completed.
The Advertiser's Suppression List may be downloaded for use within your internal cleansing process. Depending on the permissions granted by the owner of the Suppression List, it may be downloaded in either plain text or MD5 formats.
Add to Suppression List
If Opt-Outs have been collected via a third party site and not using the Opt-Out Link provided by ACCESS, you may add these to the Suppression List from within ACCESS. For a small number of Opt-Outs, this can be achieved using the Paste functionality but for large lists, we recommend using the File Upload feature.

The Developer API is a set of public APIs that allows for programmatic access to Opt-Out Links, Cleansing and Downloading. You may register for an account within ACCESS by following the menu and an access key will be emailed to your nominated address.
