Overview 

This article will show you how you can view the activity of an Opt-Out List in your SUPPRESS account.

Steps

1. Hover over Opt-Out Lists tab on the navigation menu bar and select View Campaigns when it appears. (In a Network account, hover over the Advertisers tab and select View All Opt-Out Lists.

2. From the Opt-Out List page, select the name of the Opt-Out List you would like to review.

 3. On the List Profile page you can review the following activity of an Opt-Out List: 

Daily Opt-Out Graph - will show you how many Opt-Outs are captured per day (available on Enterprise and Network accounts only).

Total Emails Count - will show you how the total number of emails that live on this list.

Access Settings - will show you what options will be available for your Affiliates/Mailers when they access your Suppression List data.

*Please note - these options are defined on the Settings page.  However, an Affiliate's options may be different if you adjust their permissions from the default settings.

Alerts - will show you the number alerts this Opt-Out List has received since they were created.

Unread Alerts - will display the last 10 alerts triggered to allow you to easily click on the details of each alert. 

Opt-Out List Details - will provide you with a quick summary of this list's activity.

Campaigns - will let you know which Campaigns are using this Opt-Out List.

Mailers -   will let you know which Mailers/Affiliates have access to this Opt-Out List.

Transfers - will let you know how many Transfers are set up for this list.

Imports - is a log of ALL imports that have been done since this list was created.

Opt-Out List Log - will show you the all recent activity for this Opt-Out List.
