Why Can’t I Open the Password Reset or Verification Emails from ACCESS?
This is likely due to a setting in your email client, or other security software you may have enabled. If you can't determine how to resolve this, a quick fix is to use a web browser version of your email provider (if applicable) to open the email and click the link. If this is not an option, you can right-click and copy the link's URL and open it in a browser window to reset your password, and verify your email.
