Processing Historical Emails with Domain Alias Protection
Overview
This article will show you how to process the historical emails in your account to include domain aliases.
Steps
1. From the home page you will start by choosing the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner. Select the Account Settings tab on the navigation menu bar. Once on the Account Settings page you will need to scroll down to the section marked Domain Alias Protection.
*Please Note - You will first need to make sure that the feature is enabled in your account by moving the toggle to the right and then saving the settings at the bottom of this article will show you how to process the historical emails in your account to include domain aliases.
2. From the Domain Alias Protection page, select Process Historical Emails. Please note that adding Email Aliases may increase your list size by as much as 30% or more. The amount will vary depending on your exposure to alias domains and your existing alias coverage.
