Terms of Use Around "Opt-Out Redirect Credits" Feature
Terms of Use: Opt-Out Redirect Feature of SUPPRESS
Opt-Out Redirect Feature Overview
OPTIZMO provides all SUPPRESS account holders an “elective” opportunity, directly within the SUPPRESS User Interface (SUPPRESS UI) to participate in the “Opt-Out Redirect Feature” within the SUPPRESS platform. After unsubscribing/opting-out from an email offer, the recipient’s opt-out request is honored and confirmed, then the recipient is redirected (post-opt-out) to a content-rich website, hosted by OPTIZMO. All eligible redirects are purchased via credits from the account holder, by OPTIZMO, on a CPM basis, as defined in these Terms of Use.
Customer’s Compensation
OPTIZMO shall credit Customer for successful post-opt-out redirects to OPTIZMO owned and managed web pages (the Feature). Credit will be applied directly to monthly billing as defined in Schedule 1 of the Master Services Agreement. If an applied credit exceeds the amount which would render the monthly bill to a negative monetary value, the applicable credit will roll over to the following month's bill. Roll overs will expire after 60 days, if not applied.
Enrolment and Cancellation
Utilizing the “Opt-Out Redirect Feature” of the SUPPRESS platform means that the Feature may be turned on or off at any time by the Customer, exclusively. Feature is not a separate service, it may only be used by account holders of the SUPPRESS Suppression List Management Platform (the Service), and will be subject to all Terms outlined here, as well as in the accompanying Master Services Agreement and Service Request Form related to the Service.
Conflicts
In the context of the Opt-Out Redirect Feature, should any conflict exist between the Opt-Out Redirect Feature Terms of Use and Master Services Agreement or Service Request Form, the Opt-Out Redirect Feature Terms of Use will prevail.
OPTIZMO Hosted Websites
OPTIZMO may create and add additional websites (a “New Use Case”) upon written notice to the Customer. If Customer does not provide OPTIZMO with written notice that Customer does not agree to a New Use Case within thirty (30) days of OPTIZMO’s notification, Customer shall be deemed to have automatically accepted such New Use Case and it shall be included within the definition of Use Case under these Terms.
Use Case Description
OPTIZMO shall provide confirmation of a successful unsubscribe to any unsubscribing recipient of an email message sent by Customer or Customers’ Email Marketing partners. This confirmation will be provided on a website agreed upon by OPTIZMO and the Customer.
Company Rights
OPTIZMO reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to stop, restart, reduce or increase redirect volume and/or percentages within Customer’s account, at any time, under these Terms, once Customer has enabled the Feature.
