Forgetting your password happens. This article will show you how to reset your password for your SUPPRESS account.
1. From the Login page, select the Forgot Password? link.
2. From the Password Retrieval page type in your Username and select the Forgot Password button.
3. If you typed in the correct Username, then a new temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on file for that specific UN. Once the email is received, return to the login page and reset your password.
*Please note - if you don't receive the email, check your SPAM folder. The email will be sent from noReply@client.optizmo.net. Also, the username entered needs to match what we have on file for the Password Reset to work. If you are using a UN that another team member uses also, the reset email may be going to their email address.
