Overview

This article will show you how to search for and view the history of any Email address, Domain, or MD5 hash record in your SUPPRESS Advertiser account, as well as delete it if needed.

Steps

1. To begin, select the Opt-Out Lists option under the Configuration menu.
2. Then, from the Opt-Out Lists page select the Find Email button
3. On the Find/Delete Opt-Out Email page enter the email address you would like to search for.  You can search for an email in either plain text, MD5, or SHA-512.
4. If the email address you are searching for is found, you will know what Opt-Out Lists it is found on, the Affiliate or Sub-Affiliate responsible (if it was captured using our Opt-Out Links), Campaign, TimeStamp, and IP Address.

*Please note - if an Affiliate, Sub-Affiliate, Campaign, IP Address, is not available then the email addresses were imported to the list either manually or through Transfers, or the email was not captured through our opt-out links.
