How does Billing Work?

This article will explain where you can view your invoices and how they are calculated, along with how OPTIZMO processes payments.
How to view my invoices
- Within SUPPRESS select the gear icon from the upper-right-hand corner of the page and select Billing. Note: You must have admin access to view Billing. If you can't view Billing, contact the account administrator from your team.
- From the Billing page, you will be able to see all invoices generated and paid.
How is my bill calculated?
Your bill is based on the number of email records stored between all Opt-Out Lists in your account. This monthly service fee should correspond to your agreed-upon billing structure and the number of emails in your account. If you don't know what your billing structure is, refer to the signed agreement or contact support@optizmo.com
Invoices are generated for services already provided. On the 1st of the month, we process billing for the total list storage calculated on the final day of the previous month. For example, payments/invoices processed on October 1st are based on the number of email records that were in the account on the final day of September. Note: Payment due dates will vary for our "Net Term" clients.
How do I check my current email storage amount?
You can check your current email storage amount at any time. In the Billing section, there is a line marked Billing Details that will show you the total number of email records in your account for that day. This number is not real-time, as it is updated once daily.
