OPTIZMO offers a Preference Center feature that will allow email recipients the option to unsubscribe from the offer they received, as well as one or more other offers you own. Effectively, email recipients can choose which offers they wish to receive from you, or unsubscribe from them all. The benefit of this is you will be able to figure out if a potential customer is interested in other offers, as well as minimize the risk of sending another email offer to someone who is not interested in any of your offers, helping to mitigate spam complaints and inherent deliverability issues.

Below are step-by-step instructions on how to set up a Preference Center in your account, once the feature has been activated.
A Grouped List is made up of other Standard Lists. When the Grouped list is assigned to a Campaign for Mailers to access, SUPPRESS will seamlessly merge the selected files together into one, with no indicator to the Mailer that they have received multiple files. The grouping is "virtual" meaning it is not a tangible, stored list that counts toward your email storage figures and billing. It is simply a name you've assigned to a selection of Standard Lists, that the system can use to merge them together when the Grouped List name is queried for download.
- First, you will need to set up a Grouped List so you can group together the different lists an email recipient can opt out from. To begin, select the Opt-Out Lists option under the Configuration menu (In a Network account, Opt-Out Lists are created at the Advertiser Profile Level by selecting the Advertisers menu option).
- Then select the Create a List button from the Opt-Out Lists page.
- On the list setup page, select the Grouped List tab. Then enter the List Name, a Notification Email address, and any domains you wish to suppress (optional) in their respective fields. The Notification Email will receive import notices, and various other Alerts related to the file.
All Settings choices are covered above in How to Create an Opt-Out List, except the following two new fields.
Distribution Lists - Choose the Standard Lists you wish to include in the Grouped List.
Collection Lists - Choose the Standard List(s) from your account that you want new unsubscribes to be added to when an Opt-Out Link from any Campaign using this Grouped List is deployed.
With Preference Center enabled, you will now have the ability to customize the title of each standard Opt-Out List you would like the email recipient to choose from when unsubscribing.

Once you are finished setting up the Grouped List with Preference Center enabled, the Opt-Out landing page should now have the following options. Based on the user's selection, they can either unsubscribe from one, multiple, or ALL Opt-Out Lists shown.
