Overview

A Global Opt-Out List is available when you have email records that need to be added to every Opt-Out List in your account when it is downloaded by your Mailers/Publishers.  Typically, the Global Opt-Out List is reserved for email records that you know should never be mailed to, no matter what offer you are running.

How to Set up your Global Opt-Out List

1. To begin, select the Global Opt-Out Lists option under the Configuration menu.
2. On the Global Opt-Out Page you can upload or paste emails that you wish to globally suppress. Email addresses can be pasted in the available box, or imported to the list. The import files can be one of the following:  A Plain Text file (Windows or Linux) with each email on a separate line.  A CSV file with a single column and each email on a separate line. Or a Zip file, containing either of the above files with no directories/paths. You also have the option to suppress domains.
