My Domain or IP is Blacklisted. How do I fix it?
If you have received a notification from either OPTIZMO or an Email Partner that your Opt-Out IP or Domain appears on a blacklist, the way to remediate the issue is by simply setting up a new one. Fortunately, this is a quick and simple process, and you have self-managed options, as well as easy, low-cost solutions available through our platform.
A "blacklisting" or other flag on any IP or Domain associated with your account could impede deliverability, and/or cause your Email Partners to stop deployment of your campaigns***.

Why was my IP/Domain Blacklisted?
For a blacklisted IP, requesting a Premium Domain including a new IP is the remedy, using our Managed Domain and IP Services. For a Domain blacklisting, you have several options which we will detail further below.
In accordance with OPTIZMO’s Terms of Service (view here) (Section 13, Domain Services), when you begin SUPPRESS service, your account is assigned by default to a Shared IP, using a single Complementary Domain for generating any needed Opt-Out Links for your campaigns. A Premium Domain with its own Dedicated IP is an option you may upgrade to at any time, for a small monthly fee.
Once you purchase your new Premium Domain, when ready, we will notify you that the new Domain/IP combination is available in your account. This will insulate your campaigns from the potential bad actions of other clients’ partners on a Shared IP. We highly recommend taking the isolation strategy even further by either purchasing additional Custom Domains of your own through any registrar of your choice, or via our Managed Domains Service right in your account, and assigning them to individual Mailers.
