When you have a Linked List set up in your account, the only person who can make changes to the settings of that list is the Advertiser or owner of the list.  It was designed this way because we want to be cognizant of any controls that the owner of the list puts in place.

What Should I do If I Need to Make Changes to the Settings of a Linked List?

Contact the owner of the list and request the changes you would like to make.
