What Are The Different Domain Health Status Definitions?
Every domain in your SUPPRESS account is monitored to make sure there are no problems with it. You can check the Health status of each domain in your account by doing the following.
1. Hover over the Settings tab and select View Domains.
2. On the Domains page you will see a list of the domains set up in your account. All active domains should show as "Healthy" under the Health column.
If a domain is NOT passing our validation checks, then it is likely in an unhealthy state. Below is a list of all Health statuses.
Healthy - The domain has been correctly configured and is able to receive Opt-Out traffic.
Malformed Domain - The Custom Domain has been entered into SUPPRESS incorrectly, e.g. 'missingperiodcom' or 'www.missingtld'.
Missing DNS Record - No CNAME record exists for the Custom Domain that has been entered into SUPPRESS. Please ensure that you have created a CNAME record within your DNS and that it is pointing to one of your Managed OPTIZMO Domains.
Invalid Configuration - The Custom Domain is not pointing to our servers. For this status, please check the following:
- The Custom Domain has been entered correctly into SUPPRESS.
- The CNAME record within your DNS correctly points to one of your Managed OPTIZMO Domains.
