Why is My Domain Showing a "Invalid Configuration" status?
If one of your Custom Domains are showing a "Invalid Configuration" status (see image below), this is likely a result of either the custom domain has not been entered correctly into SUPPRESS, or the CNAME is not pointing to the DNS correctly.
To fix this - double-check the following.
1. Verify the Custom Domain was added correctly in SUPPRESS. The correct format is: www.customoptoutdomain.com
2. Verify that your domain registrar is correctly pointing to one of the Managed OPTIZMO Domains in your account. You can determine which domains are Managed Domain vs. Custom Domains by looking at the Domain Type column on the Domain Page in SUPPRESS.
Once the Managed Domain is identified, check that the CNAME in your domain registrar is correctly pointing to it. Make sure the format is: www.customoptoutdomain.com
