Overview

This article will show you how to search for and view the history of any Email address, Domain, or MD5 hash record in your SUPPRESS Network account, as well as delete it if needed.

Search for Opt-Out Email

Steps for Network SUPPRESS accounts

1. To begin, select the Advertisers option under the Configuration menu.
2. Then, from the Advertisers page, select the name of the Advertiser whose opt-out lists you would like to search for an email. 
3. From the Advertiser's Profile page scroll down to the section Opt-Out Lists and select the Find Email button.
4. Then enter the email address you are searching for.  If the email address you are searching for is found, you will be provided with information regarding which Opt-Out Lists where it is found, the Affiliate or Sub-Affiliate responsible (if it was captured using our Opt-Out Links), the Campaign, TimeStamp, and IP Address.

*Please note - if an Affiliate, Sub-Affiliate, Campaign, or IP Address, is not available, then the email address was imported to the list either manually or through Transfers, or the email was not captured through our Opt-Out Links.
